Custom Metal Racking System with Galvanizing & Powder Coating Finishes

This is a rigid metal racking system featuring a nestable design. It maximizes container space during sea transportation, effectively making up for the common drawbacks of conventional rigid racks. Traditional fixed racks are not ideal for export, as only a small quantity can fit into one container, resulting in high average ocean freight, tariffs and handling costs.
This metal racking system adopts a plug-in structure for poles. After stacking, the bottom end of each upright fits perfectly into the opening on top of the one below. This structure prevents side-to-side shifting and ensures excellent overall stability.
The base is constructed from square steel tubes. We can customize the tube size and wall thickness to match your requirements. The standard load capacity of this rack is around 1.5 tons, for which we recommend 2.5 mm thick tubing. Higher-grade steel allows for slightly thinner tubes. Still, a fundamental rule applies: thicker steel delivers greater sturdiness. For this reason, we always suggest thicker tubing as the first option. Once specifications are confirmed, we never use steel with excessive negative tolerances to cut costs or gain extra profits.
All welding work is carried out in strict accordance with Chinese national standards. We maintain rigorous control over weld penetration, fillet width, weld leg height, weld uniformity and symmetry. We also deploy imported automatic welding equipment to handle complex welding procedures.
Electrostatic powder coating is our primary surface finish. After welding, all racks go through sand blasting to thoroughly remove scale, welding slag, dust and oil stains. We closely monitor surface roughness, as it directly affects coating adhesion. 
Next, the products pass through preheating zones and powder coating booths, then enter our large curing oven to fully harden the coating. We strictly regulate oven temperature and conveyor speed to ensure sufficient curing time. The final coating thickness ranges from 70 to 120μm, completely avoiding bare metal spots caused by insufficient coating thickness.
Prior to shipment, every unit undergoes full inspection of welds and coating to rule out missing welds, blowholes and paint defects. This strict quality check guarantees qualified products and saves you from potential troubles.
We have walked you through the whole production process of this metal racking system, including material selection, welding, powder coating and final inspection. If required, we also offer hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment, making the racks suitable for outdoor and cold storage applications.
As you can see from our product photos, wooden pallets loaded with goods can be placed directly on this rack system. It can be used as a stationary rack on the floor, and stacking is easily achieved by simply moving the pallets.
