Specially optimized for tire inventory management, this upgraded frame structure enables flexible interlaced tire storage. It means you don't have to barrel stack the tires on sidewall only. This scientific interlaced loading method dramatically expands the tire storage quantity per single rack unit, greatly lifting overall storage density without expanding the original floor footprint. It fully unlocks your vertical warehouse space potential while streamlining bulk tire loading and unloading workflows.
Taking 205/55R16 passenger tires as a typical example: only 30 tires can be stored per unit via conventional barrel stacking on sidewall. With our optimized interlaced loading method, the storage capacity surges to 50 to 60 tires per single rack, greatly elevating your warehouse storage density without occupying extra floor space
These portable stack racks are not limited to tire storage only, and they can be widely applied to store various other goods. Furthermore, the base frame and post dimensions are fully customizable. Simply inform us of the shape and size of your stored items, and our professional design team will provide you with exclusive customized solutions.
You may also provide the dimensions of your existing wooden or plastic pallets. We can customize the base size of the racks to perfectly fit your pallets.
For instance, if your pallet measures 1100×1100mm, we will recommend a usable base size of 1200×1200mm. This leaves a 10cm gap on each side of the pallet.
Such clearance not only facilitates easier forklift handling for operators, but also provides extra space allowance for goods that may overhang the edge of pallets.
For surface treatment, all our portable stack racks adopt premium electrostatic powder coating. The thick, cured coating layer delivers exceptional scratch resistance, corrosion protection and long-term structural durability. All powder coating layers on our portable stack racks undergo high-temperature curing at 240°C, with a stable coating thickness ranging from 70 to 120μm. We support full custom color matching based on international RAL color standards, with our most widely used in-stock color options: RAL6037, RAL3020 and RAL2010. If you require the racks to be produced in the exact custom color matching your brand logo, we are fully capable of accommodating your customized requirements.
